Has anyone noticed Christianity becoming increasingly fleshly?

And I mean to the point where any negativity toward the physical world at all is blasted as heresy and "gnosticism". Yet just 10 years ago, at least among Protestants, it was almost universally agreed that the world is evil, fallen, and wretched; nature, the flesh, and the world itself. Used to be thought that nature was distrusted, and that we would leave the world and the body in "Heaven".

Now everyone seems extremely pro-world and pro-body, and even anti-spiritual. Now they say we are our bodies, and salvation is now a bodily resurrection back on earth. The world and the body are good and the spirit is bad. Celibacy is bad. And I mean heresy levels of bad, not just a minor debate. I also remember most being staunchly opposed to evolution, yet now they seem to embrace it as "God's design".

I wouldn't be surprised if this is in response to the recent culture war controversies. The "natural order" is crucial to arguments against LGBT and egalitarianism, and the T of course is a form of detachment from the body. If so, I am quite disappointed that most people's beliefs are determined by politics rather than truth, though not surprised unfortunately.

Religion is a scam about money and power. God needs no house and nobody to speak for it. God is self evident in all things. The bible is basically recycled stuff from previous cultures. That has been edited to fit the agenda of the rulers.

If you want to know God. Read the old philosophers especially the kybalion. Isolate yourself from the brainwash echo chamber. Work on your body and mind. If you're lazy and need motivation do some psychedelics.

I think this is because Christianity (in U.S. and maybe elsewhere) is being slowly taken over by Christian nationalism, and "great replacement theory" is a very popular trope in those circles. Therefore people should marry, bring offspring and so on.

This is almost certainly it. Although I think they've been able to keep racism at bay, that's largely contained in atheist alt-right circles. But with everything else they're becoming everything they have always been falsely accused of. As well as everything their opponents are.

I can't believe how many people turned out to be in it for identity rather than true faith. I mean I've always had a hunch that it was the majority, but this Christian nationalism thing is exposing upwards of 95% as such. Including almost everyone I know, who I used to be able to relate to. These days they all pretty much secretly despise Jesus because he's a degenerate to them. I suspect there's going to be a mass exodus soon, and then persecution of Christians will be back full swing from all sides of the aisle.

Christianity is not natural for the European, it was forced on us. What you're seeing is natural rejection of a lie that wad forced on us. Our natural religion Asatru, is where people appear to be headed. Asatru says have healthy and beautiful European children, defend your land, gays and trans are not allowed, etc.

I forget the exact Jew proverb that basically "whoever remembers and follows the faith of their fathers prevails..." Asatru is our shield and under it we will prevail.

Until the end, when there's no world left to triumph over. This cannot go on forever.
