Surprisingly good nutrition advice from my deranged impersonator, though this might be a bit lower in fiber than optimal. The traditional human diet consisted of a surprising amount of fibrous root vegetables. You also might need some organ meats to get enough vitamins if you cut out all the fortified flour in those carbs, thats a major source of vitamins for the modern diet. But overall pretty solid stuff, this is much healthier than the FDA food pyramid

What kind of organ meat?

😅 Lol, I mean like liver. I think it tastes bad because of all the vitamins, although if we had started eating organ meats at a young age we likely wouldnt find them distasteful

(He wants you to recommend penis. Chicken liver tastes GREAT if prepared and fried properly.)

Chicken liver is a lost cause just run in a blender and swallow with a chaser. Nothing you do to it will make it tasty.

Enriched flour is actually bad for you, so getting nutrition elsewhere would be best.

Yes its terrible for you. But it is where Americans get the majority of their vitamins, and people who cut enriched flour out of their diets, and replace it with only fatty meat, which does not have those vitamins, are looking at possible vitamin deficiencies.

so getting nutrition elsewhere would be best.

Agreed, this is why I suggested organ meats. They are higher in vitamins than fruits and vegetables, and not poison like processed flour. It is the traditional paleolithic source of fat soluble vitamins

Meat at level 4 and 5? How rude! 😦

I would have started counting from the base, but whatever.

Then I'd have to group full fat dairy closer to meaty goodness 🤔

This looks like something a person trained in modern nutrition would make. I never cease to wonder how with so much good science having been done nutritionists are still like blind men stumbling around. Their advice is either useless or flat out dangerous.

These portion sizes are ridiculous and inconsistent. What is the difference between palmful and handful? What is a serving? What is a palm size compared to a palmful?
