That looks racist as fuck, but... I've seen worse bullying by white kids.

One particularly egregious example was during Jr High. This tall lanky kid used to get jumped on the daily. 4-5 kids following him every day after school, beating his ass. Nobody did a goddamned thing. Because even for kids they were formidable as a pack. I wanted to help him, would have just gotten my ass beat too. I doubt any single adult would have been effective either.

Eventually his parents moved to get him in a different school district, but it went on for years.
