Literally all of the services in this list are oriented towards reducing fertility and alleviating the consequences of degenerate and careless sexual behaviour. There's not a single service meant to increase fertility in there. It should be called planned non-parenthood.

EDIT: When I googled about birth control options I came across this website. It seems one of its goals is to avoid unwanted pregnancies. It IS part of planed parenthood. I don't know about the organization though. And the world is a better place with less unwanted pregnancies.

The young people need good guidance from mature adults.
