That's ridiculous. I still don't care what she does in real life. If her boyfriend dumped her, by all means, fly her out and fuck her brains out. Support her ass, be her enabler. What I didn't want is to lose what she was to me. But she started crushing on you all on her own, it was awful to watch a woman obviously pining over you while telling me she loved me. She still says she loves me. I don't doubt that but it's not the same way she used to.

I don't really blame you for that. It was her choice. And there's a time limit to these things. Mel is the 17th woman to be my internet companion. 2-3 years is all it ever lasts. I thought she was going to be the last one though. I really really wanted that. More than almost anything. At least she didn't die.

You're more the messenger with bad news. I don't want to be reminded I lost what Mel and I had, that she threw it away. It hurts me. Even when you say you text her it reminds me she broke the agreement she still wants me to honor. I still get shit for talking to other women. She wants me to be the same even as she withdraws her affection. It's frequently painful.

It's amazing what a sucker I am for sweet words from a woman. I still love her to pieces although she's frequently shitty to me now. I'm also a bit of an asshole obviously.

But anyways, yeah, I don't think that anything you or I did affected the outcome of this at all. Although I don't think you should have done it out of consideration for me. And I really hate when you remind me. It feels like you just want to keep hurting me.
