A different doctor, I think,.wants to go over the test results again tomorrow. I'll see what they say. The mitotic spindle apparatus antinuclear antibodies that were detected are incredibly rare but associated with rheumatism, lupus, and Sjogren's.

What I'd do is probably prescribed a DMARD like methotrexate or hydrochloroquine and see if it helps. The DMARDs lower the immune response to stop the body from attack itself. Interestingly that's why ivermectin and hydrochloroquine were looked at for treating covid, because they're both interleukin-1 inhibitors and could possibly stop the cytokine storm that was killing people.

What the doctor will do, idk, today the doc seemed content to pass the buck to a rheumatologist. I might not see one until next year when I can beef up my insurance because the specialist I want to see is incredibly pricey.
