The maga establishment cops trying to trick the sheeple public yet again. Those maga-supporting cops should have been in the cell next to the insurrection shaman.

When will the public wake up and realise we were tricked by the fake maga establishment yet again?

I just thank god that the spiritual wickedness of the maga cult did not succeed at preventing the electoral count, because we had real American patriot heroes like Nancy Pelosi and even Mike Pence working to restart the house's count at the backup location.

Cope hard, faggot. We already knew you dumbasses would try to rationalize away the very evidence you tried to bury.

Who tried to bury? Thank god that patriots passed the footage to fox, so that we can all see how these maga cops helped the insurrection.

It's hardly "buried" when a congressional leader hands it over wholesale to the patriots to broadcast, now we can all see what the maga cult attempted here

  • cop walks ahead of hornhelmet guy
  • cop tries a door finds it locked
  • cop shrugs, hornhelmet guy and both cops turn around and fuck off somewhere else

MUH INSURRECTION LOL

Was someone saying that the entire seditious conspiracy was contained within these eight seconds of video? Who said that? You're right to poke fun at whoever said that, but I didn't see anyone suggest that the entirety of the sedition was captured in your three bullet points.

For instance Stuart Rhodes' seditious conspiracy wasn't captured in this eight seconds of video, nor any of the assault weapons caches his organisation had stashed around Maryland to attack DC. Just one example of the real sedition which was being attempted.

Nobody claimed that this eight seconds of video encapsulated the whole insurrection. When you pretended that you had defeated the whole idea in three bullet points, that was called a strawman argument.

It's a strawman argument because nobody put forward what is, ostensibly quite a silly claim: that the entire insurrection was just Chansley walking around. That was a fake strawman which you invented because it's really easy to argue against.

How does it feel now, recognising that you just made a bad faith strawman argument. Take a moment to really savor the feeling of having been called out as a bad faith saiditor

i commented on video of a man being escorted on a tour and made fun of it being called an insurrection LOL

[–]Site_rly_sux 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (3 children)

Yeah but it wasn't the insurrection in the cideo. Because the insurrection involved things like the weapons caches and makeshift explosives. So it's a strawman argument. The question is, does your brain recognise that you're making strawman arguments or will you continue to deny it?

[–]iamonlyoneman[S] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (2 children)

there wasnt insurrection in the cideo because there wasnt an insurrection, or else there have literally been like a dozen insurrections mostly from blue team losers LOL

Tell that to the defense lawyers of everyone convicted of seditious conspiracy

I'm sure their clients will be delighted to learn that you have decided it didn't happen.

The guys were trying to overturn the election results sure, that doesn't mean they were capable of doing so or anywhere close to succeeding.

Q-Anon shamen guy is just some weird hippie who seems to have waled right out of classic TOS episode the Omega Glory. We are supposed to take him serious. What's he gonna do? Start a seance on the house floor and summon the spirits of the founding fathers so he can bind them to his Buffalo hat and use them to travel back in time to the 1790's so he can sneak in the 10th and a half ammendment to the constitution ensuring that God Emperor Trump reigns for 10,000 years. 万歳!!!!!?

He's just a nutter being annoying. Like 99% of all activists. They accomplish nothing except giving the media a show.

[–]Site_rly_sux 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (2 children)

Nobody claimed that Chansley was even a minor contributor to the seditious conspiracy.

Again that's a strawman argument that you're making.

It's easy to say "hur he just said chants in a funny hat, the dumb libs said he's doing insurrections"

No. That's a strawman. You build strawman arguments because they're easy to beat. It's bad fait saiditting and you should give it a rest.

The truth is that real, armed, dangerous groups were planning murders, kidnappings, explosions and had arms caches dotted around the capital. That was the seditious conspiracy.

So shove your strawman up your ass, asshole, nobody claimed Chansley was all there was to the insurrection

I don't think the guy was a Trump fan. The 10th and a half amendment probably legalized psychedelics.

[–]Site_rly_sux 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (2 children)

He certainly is a trump fan. Where did you get the idea that he wasn't? He pretty much immediately after Jan 6th gave interviews where he explained his pro-trump position.

It's convenient for you to rewrite history to protect the fans of your pedo rapist godking. But Chansley was absolutely a trump fan and thought that by praying along the ley lines in washington, he'd create quantum pro-trump effects worldwide

[–]Musky 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

It's easier for your propaganda and talking points when you pretend there is no nuance or distinction, that there's an evil band of pro-Trumpers out there and that everyone to the right of your ideology is far right, to make convienient scapegoats for you left-wing authoritarians. It's not fascism exactly, but it's definitely reminiscent.

[–]Site_rly_sux 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

that there's an evil band of pro-Trumpers out there

They murdered capitol police, beating one to death with a fire extinguisher.

They had arms caches around the capital ready to go.

They tried to prevent the electoral count because Rudy Giuliani just wanted ten days guys. He just wanted ten days .

Sure but according to musky, I'm the problem because I don't want these people walking free.

I'm the fascist because I want to see justice for the attempt to crack America into pieces.

I'm the authoritarian left winger because I believe Chansley was a trump fan, after musky already decreed that he isn't.

You're such a dipshit dude. Pull your head out your ass for once. You sound like a whiny baby

[–]Alienhunter 1 insightful - 2 fun1 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 2 fun -  (4 children)

He's not a Trump fan now since he was expecting a presidential pardon he didn't get.

[–]Musky 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (3 children)

I don't know how anyone could still support Trump after he left his supporters out to dry. He could have pardoned them all.

But Jake Angeli was a QAnon believer, the belief being Trump was investigating corrupt officials and pedophiles. That's not fair to lump him in with all the other Trump supporters, Angeli's beliefs are notably liberal. I think doing so plays into propaganda that lumps disparate groups together to simply discriminate against them more readily.

[–]Site_rly_sux 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (2 children)

What a ridiculous "true Scotsman" attempt.

So in your view. Someone can be pro-trump, a qanon believer, and have shown up at the capitol to prevent Biden's election count victory....but they're not a TRUE trump supporter after they embarrass the movement. Ridiculous childish logic from your ridiculous child brain

it does make sense I think most cops are maga patriots

it would have been a real revolution but they all went home when trump told them to

[–][deleted] 3 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 0 fun4 insightful - 1 fun -  (3 children)

They diddnt know, the whole FBI was there dressed up and maga people trying to gode everyone into action.

[–]William_World 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (2 children)

I think maybe FBI was maga too

[–][deleted] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

There’s videos. The active sabotaging FBI is controlled by democrats.

people say they were goading the patriots into attacing the capital. Well thanks i guess. it's good to do that and put some fear into the politicians.

[–]WoodyWoodPeckerHah he he he hah! 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Trump is pro-police, he is in the party of law and order. So the police respect him and his followers.

My name is Mr. Nimbus, I control the Police!

[–]ShekelPa 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

I am sure this will be the next programmed response among the left. Hard to call the cops maga patriots when they themselves have not been arrested for aiding an "insurrectionist"

[–]William_World 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

it'd odd cuz they have been calling most regular cops maga for years, and hating on them, wanting to defund etc. but they support the guards at jan 6. But the video evidence shows the guards letting people in.

If he'd figured out how to open the bicentennial box in the podium he'd have gotten ahold of one if Washington's Cherries of Truth and if he ate it it would allow him to decide what is true or not and shape reality to his own whims. Oh no!

[–]ActuallyNot 3 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 0 fun4 insightful - 1 fun -  (9 children)

The police in the building were severely outnumbered, and their only option was to try to de-escalate until the National Guard showed up, which, because Trump never gave any order to deploy the National Guard, they had a long wait for.

The reason why Kevin McCarthy gave the footage to fox and only fox, is that they could be relied upon to cut together clips that would create a narrative that most supports trump.

Jacob Chansley is serving a 41 month sentence for obstructing an official proceeding, having plead guilty. Brian Sicknick, one of the officers with him is dead.

trump offered it before and the blue team turned it down because they had a planned 'riot' reponse that did not involve quelling a riot

[–]ActuallyNot 3 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 0 fun4 insightful - 1 fun -  (7 children)

That's fucking ridiculous.

And the blue team had neither the authority nor the opportunity to order or turn down an order for the national guard. The National Guard is subordinate solely to the President of the United States.

But trump did not offer it either.

Trump did not offer it. No one on the blue team turned it down, but neither could they.

The point is that there's misinformation out there about that, and I've corrected you, so you don't have to continue to spread it.

Of course you can. And maybe that's what you're here to do.

Capitol Police Chief J. Thomas Manger, who rarely offers opinions on political issues, said the Monday night show was filled with “offensive and misleading conclusions about the Jan. 6 attack.”

“The program conveniently cherry-picked from the calmer moments of our 41,000 hours of video. The commentary fails to provide context about the chaos and violence that happened before or during these less tense moments,” Manger wrote in a memo to lawmakers.

“Those of you who contributed to the effort to allow this country’s legislative process to continue know firsthand what actually happened.”

[–]iamonlyoneman[S] 3 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 0 fun4 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

hey no fair its only okay if WE cherry pick the videos that get aired in public

[–]Alienhunter 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

I figure the vast majority of the videos are going to be boring as fuck showing random people just walking around.

The good ones will get cherry picked over and over again. My favorite is the one where the guy is like "yes we have found the documents that prove the conspiracy! Now we can see they all work for China!"

Yes yes the democrats just leave seditious and treasonous materials sitting on the house floor where anyone could just snatch it. I'm sure they trust their republican congressmen to be discreet. Yep.

These people were just retarded. You're gonna get arrested if you tresspass onto the capital grounds. No shit. They gave the media a show and the media loved it.
