Those are injuries from tissue farming to craft and implant on women fake penises, crude imitations which will never work properly. This is "gender affirming surgery".

Here's the thing: Despite that 4/5 of these surgeries fail and require multiple revisions, they have a 90% patient satisfaction rate because of sunken cost and choice selection bias.
