Should be "can girls get abs without photoshop?

Yes, a small minority can. However they don't have them all month. Women's bodies hold fluid the week before their period and even the most ripped woman's abs will disappear then.

Not photoshop, this is from a video. She is a body builder.

I'm sure they get tested, but at the same time there are drugs that can beat the drug tests.

This is also right after a workout when the abs would be most defined and I'd bet she is on a special diet to "get cut".

Oh, you. Is the answer, "Women don't have mussels. They have clams" ?

Specifically of the bearded variety.

They don't have the necessary testosterone. The abbs are difficult to build. And women naturally store more fat making muscle definition more difficult.

Male body builders all lie about being natural. Their size is impossible without roids. Is it reasonable to assume the same about women with abbs?

No. You don't have to be anything close to a bodybuilder to have abs. In my experience pretty much anyone who exercises will have something there, even women.

Looks a bit peculiar to me given that she has no striations in her forearms.

Could be some photoshop, if she's a competing bodybuilder then look at pictures of her on stage to figure it out.

Gross.

Yes. My neighbor who is 90 posted pictures of herself as an athletic 19-year-old on facebook and she had VERY visible abs. Pretty sure she wasn't hitting the juice in 1930.

I'm going to guess it is nothing like the girl in the video. More like just some definition from very low body fat %

That girl isn't flexing bro. She's in fact a very muscular woman.

[–]Canbot[S] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (3 children)

She has zero body fat, which is very unhealthy.

That said, she has more developed abbs than most. Probably in the top .0001% of women. But on par with any highschool boy on any sports team. Almost all of those boys will have at least 15% body fat.

OK so what's your issue with women with abs then? You are too lazy to have a set of abs of your own and have to sling shit at women who are into fitness?

[–]Canbot[S] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

Calm down. Who says I have an issue with it? I think we should be realistic about fitness "influencers". There are a lot of guys on gear pretending to be natty and selling their workout programs and supplements. Girls are getting in on the scam.

Personally I just find it ridiculous when beefy girls talk about their workout and never mention what chemicals they use. It is deceptive. And what bothers me is how people act as if I'm wrong. Usually libtards who will get extremely nasty and agressive over it.

All I'm doing is speaking the truth. If I'm wrong then explain how I'm wrong. Don't diffend your bullshit with insults against me.

Well I did just that in my response to your original question.

[–]Alphix 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Very definitely, YES.

It can be done naturally, with juice, with only hGH which is infinitely different from "juice", with IGF-1, with SARMs, with myostatin inhibitors, and probably other stuff I'm not thinking about off the top of my head right now.
