Money was just the side dish for the culprits like the Silverstein's insurance billions.

The real goal of the "vaccine" was not to kill either but to test how easily people could fall for the one world govt.

The experiment was aborted when too many people resisted.

Sci:Adv series like C;H, C;C,R;N,S;G etc. show the agenda:

One world govt, one billion residents, no travel, everything is peaceful and controlled and infinite lolitas. It would be an utopia for many.
