I have COPD, which means that my lungs are very damaged and are sensitive to irritation..

If I smoke weed or delta8, it is almost soothing to my lungs.

If I vape, I can feel damage being done, but only a little.

If I smoke even one tobacco cigarette, I can feel the harm for days..
