We should seriously consider offering low quality women the opportunity to be inseminated with high quality donor embryos. A good portion of those women are just desperate to be mothers. Even the ones who just want the welfare. It would be so much better for society for them to use a high quality child for that purpose than the ones they will produce on their own anyway.

And no, sterilization is not a viable option, so it is not a valid argument against this plan.

You inseminate with semen, not embryos.
