Most men are satisfied with basically anything, but I doubt any significant amount of men would prefer a subsaharan woman over a blue-eyed and blonde european woman, all other things being equal.

Cross breeding is almost always done by the lowest calibur people who get ostracize by thier own group because they don't meet the group standards.

This is obviously a generalization. It is true for most, but not all. The exception does not disprove the rule.

We should seriously consider offering low quality women the opportunity to be inseminated with high quality donor embryos. A good portion of those women are just desperate to be mothers. Even the ones who just want the welfare. It would be so much better for society for them to use a high quality child for that purpose than the ones they will produce on their own anyway.

And no, sterilization is not a viable option, so it is not a valid argument against this plan.

That depends entirely on your definition of the word "natural".

One could argue that if it were natural then there would not be any distinct races.
