They are less likely to care if you are a Chad true, but thats because its more important to them to find a provider, because they are poor. So given that you don't seem to have money or a job, I'm gonna say no.

Also, your best bet in this scenario is to find a foreigner who wants to marry you for a US citizenship, which they won't need while they can just flood across the open border. You have this backwards, you should want the border closed to increase your marriage value due to your citizenship
