What do you think about the Starbucks employee that had a meltdown about their work?

Honestly, I did think he is a whiney idiot until he mentioned that he is neurodivergent aka autistic at around 2:00 minutes. I understand how working 24 hours in 3 days, making coffee, can be easy for normal people but hard and meltdown worthy for people like him.

Constant social interaction combined with standing up for 8 hours can be difficult for people like him. Supposedly he is also trans, so that makes more sense.

I do agree that unions are good. I hope he starts working out and gets some help to help deal with these minor problems.

Cashiering was an actual soul draining experience for me, and college was a miserable failure because I tried to do that shit for 40 hours a week and school full time. I somewhat feel his pain. That said, for fuck's sake don't film yourself at your utmost whiny bitch moments and post it on social media. What a tool.

This person is a woman pretending to be a man.

She's one of the most pathetic humans I've seen on Youtube. I've worked in fast food retail and yes it can be stressful, but no sane person would react this way. She is luxuriating in her entitlement and weakness, and is clearly unsuited to any actual employment, so I'm not sure what she is studying at college.

As for unions, yeah they are a good idea, but they don't exist to stop people from needing to work hard...
