To be fair NATO countries are our concern. One can also make an argument that Russian expansionism is a US concern. However, in this particular case it seems that Ukraine is a corrupt pseudo state controlled by terrorists who work hand in hand with corrupt factions in the US to do horrible things like create bio weapons and embezzle trillions of dollars. The case for not supporting Ukraine in this war is not "we shouldn't give a fuck" but rather "the greater evil is the one in control of Ukraine".
