Gender affirming treatment works best if you start before puberty.

Usually this means delaying puberty with puberty blockers.

How do I look? If you saw me in public, tell me the truth, you would think I am a born female?

You need to live in an era where timely treatment is available.

But sure, if you don't pass, lipstick and some foundation may help imply that you're trying to present as female. That may make some of your interactions less unpleasant.
