I can't say anything, I was much the same at her age.
The thing she doesn't get is those staff were doing that on purpose, perks of the job.
That's what training is. You don't actually learn by being told what to do but by doing and fucking up.

Sure you can "clean" the popcorn machine. But can you clean it properly to a suitable standard?
It's easy once you've been shown how, and done it a couple of times to get the hang of it. That's the point she's making: nobody showed her, or supervised to make sure she was doing it right. They just complained about her work.
