Why is it socially unacceptable to say what we think about people like this?

I don't know what sort of hell-hole Bizarro World you live in, but in civilised places it is perfectly acceptable to say what you think about people like her: she's being mistreated by her employer, who isn't giving her proper training, and by her workmates, who are lazy fucking cunts who fuck about on their phones when they should be working.

Where I work, we just laid off one of our A-grade electricians because the lazy shithead was doing what that girl's supervisors were doing: pissing about when he was supposed to be working, and leaving all the work to the apprentice.

Yeah, okay, she's a bit overly emotional and thinks that a commercial popcorn maker costs a million dollars, but then knowing what American businesses are like, she probably would have to pay for any damage, even if she hadn't been given training. Fuck that.

You think so because you are one of those people living in an echo chamber and completely unaware of perspectives that haven't been curated for your consumption. You are precisely the person who would get triggered by someone thoroughly dismanteling this entitled, incompetent, irresponsible twat.

she's being mistreated by her employer,

If it was a guy literally no one would think they were being mistreated. Your sexist perspective immediately constructs excuses for her and positions her as a victim. She is not a victim, she is the problem.

No one needs training to clean. No one.

I get that she is really really dumb, but if she wasn't so entitled even she could figure this out. But she has been allowed her entire life to get out of doing any work by acting like this and it has become the way the world works in her bubble. She can't even comprehend the concept of her putting effort into figuring out the most basic thing.

I could go on and on, but frankly I doubt you would listen. Suffice it to say this girl is the toxic product of every failure of society, and no one can talk about it without being labeled an asshole.

Of course I would. Proper training is essential, and having dangly bits hanging between your legs doesn't make you omniscient. Guys need to learn how to do things properly too, and making newbies/apprentices do all the work without training or supervision is abuse. We just fired a Grade A sparky because he wasn't supervising the apprentices.

No one needs training to clean. No one.

Dear gawd, I hope I never have to eat food prepared somewhere you have "cleaned". Actually, I have eaten at places where the people think you don't need training to keep food preparation surfaces clean. Rancid oil in your food sucks. Food poisoning sucks even more.

Once, when I was younger and more ignorant, I cleaned a glass door with sugar soap. That was an education, but a very expensive one.

But she has been allowed her entire life ...

Oh, you know what she's been doing her entire life, do you? Looked in your magic crystal ball and know everything about her do you?

no one can talk about it without being labeled an asshole.

Its not talking about it that gets you labelled an arsehole. It's what you say. If you don't want to be labelled an arsehole, stop saying things that only an arsehole would say.

I mean, seriously, you have to be a Grade AAA+ Arsehole to insist that the n00b in the staff should be given responsibility without the training to do their job properly. I mean, shit, we're not talking about a six month course at a college. We're talking about one of the lazy-arse cunts working there to take ten whole minutes off from Instagram to show the newbie the ropes, and supervise her the first time to make sure she gets it right. And you think the newbie is the Bad Guy here? Fuck me.
