The article is from 'Childrens Health Defense', we might consider the target audience of this information. Boosters are primarily offered to vulnerable groups, but those who have actually had several COVID vaccinations are spread across all age groups making this relevant to more than just the elderly and the sick. It is not far-fetched to imagine that repeatedly reducing the effectiveness of the immune system might make an otherwise healthy person more susceptible to new illnesses or infections.

Frankly just going near a doctor's surgery or hospital puts your risk of infection up massively.
