Which we already knew though. Like pretty much anything promised during a campaign, it's only going happen at long as there are votes to be wrung from it. But once the election is secured, there'll suddenly be a truckload of reasons why it "can't" be done (and, naturally, it's mostly/entirely the other party's fault, donchaknow).
