That's appalling, and I'm very sorry this happened to her. I wish to God there was a way to successfully sue. NO medication should be mandated, or simply touted as "safe and effective" with no further clarification. Even herbal supplements can be unsafe or ineffective for some people.

I am terribly sorry about your ex-wife, and I hope that some of these problems abate with time. Some injured people report a gradual lessening of the severity of their problems. Again, I am very sorry this happened to her. Horrible.
