Tattoos on women are almost always ugly and a sign of mental illness. Same with piercings besides simple ear piercings. Same for men to a lesser probability.

Who are you to pass judgement on another person without knowing who they are, what their culture or heritage is, what they have experienced? And should tattoos be an externalisation of past trauma, you choose to show disgust in place of concern or sympathy by claiming is is ugly and stupid? Sure, like all visual traits, some tattoos are excessive or a poor decision, but not all are. Many are great pieces of art. I would be more likely to consider you deranged based on your attitude toward others outward appearance, perhaps you have lives a more sheltered life and fear that which is different.

I have a high IQ and see patterns. 99.9% of women who get tattoos are some combination of extremely mentally ill, come from broken homes (thanks in large part to globalist-communist "cultural enrichment" encouraging anti-family values and policies), or are braindead enough to follow the herd. This varies significantly depending on the extent of tattoo coverage and types of tattoos. For example, if it's a tiny hidden tattoo on the ankle, then there's less likelihood of mental illness than someone who gets lots of tattoos like large uglifying chest/back/arm/leg tattoos. Then there's the 1 in 1000 exception of a woman who has good values paired with either being solely dysmorphic (no mental illness beyond that) in the case of many tattoos or has fallen into some tribal clique (biker lifestyle, mafia, typically male sport, etc.) and wants to fit in. For example, there are some "conservative" minded women who have many tattoos and aren't braindead, but it's very rare compared to the rest.
