What happens when trans kids are prevented from transitioning?

"Nobody is transitioning children!"

"Well okay, they are, but only top surgery, never bottom surgery."

"Okay, so bottom surgery as well. But only because they really need it or they will commit suicide."

"Okay, maybe not actually commit suicide, but they will be sad."

Support the permanent medical mutilation of children, or they will be sad!

I was what would now be called a trans kid and yes life is hard when you don't fit in.

But not as hard has having to be a permanent medical victim and having to maintain a constant level of self hate to justify access to treatment you need.

Accepting yourself and your body is much better, because when people don't accept them you can just think "fuck you" and not have anything else to worry about.
