Women do have poor judgement relative to men. Men have always been under higher selection pressure to do things such as judge. Women have mostly been under selection pressure to appear fuckable by exhibiting impulse control.

We can't know if that's a real effect without knowing the case they put in front of people.

If it was beating a man senseless then, yes, a skinny woman is less likely to be capable of that.
