You know the weirdest thing about these child abuse stories? They never name the abusers.

One thing is defamation. I the UK you need proof if you're going to defame someone, and there's not going to be a lot of evidence from 37 years ago.

Another is the will. It puts a lot of stress on a person, their marriage and their children to go through a court case, particularly one regarding rape. Maybe she just doesn't feel up to it.
