The actual video is good and informative, but what it is saying the exact opposite of your title. Sure, there are actual ways to crack the bitcoin hash (Sha 256 is officially considered to be an unsafe hashing algorithm today) and it has been done in the past multiple times, but it is certainly not easy or simple.

My title was intended as clickbait, my bad.

In the video, he explains that to brute force guess a Bitcoin private key would basically take a few trillion years even if you had all of this world's computing power at your disposal.

If someone does figure out how to reverse engineer a private key, it would destroy Bitcoin.
