The number of side-effects DOUBLES after each injection.
That was observed by Jessica Rose, and happens more often with toxic substances.

On can develop an allergy or a different dangerous immune-reaction to the injected substances. So even when the first injection is completely clean, the next injection can cause severe damage.

A doctor in the 191x's (IIRC) won a Nobel prize for demonstrating allergic reactions could be induced by injecting people with foreign proteins.

Childhood allergies skyrocket, and it's an mystery...
