Yep, wasn't intending to glorify what she is doing, this isn't something that society should encourage.

However, I think some of the voices that object the loudest to these sexual things tend to be evangelicals with very 'strict' standards. I think parenting that is either far too lax and teaches no values, or parenting that is strict and rigid can often have the same outcome. Suppressing ones sexuality or thinking of anything sexual as 'naughty' or 'wicked' can make people sexually deviant due to their psychological hangups

Good parenting ought to teach a strong foundation of values, but also give them room to learn for themselves by making mistakes so they can internalize the reasons why these values are important, rather than it being purely about obedience to authority. It doesn't seem like this girl ever learned those lessons.

Anyways thats the point I was hoping to get across, that being reactionary by swinging to far to the other side can be counterproductive
