The CIA is a massive program. They work with the five eyes, and the US spends more money that the top ten nations budgets behind it.

I understand that it is hard to fathom, but the ruling class system is called “rings within rings”. There’s only like 150 ish countries. There’s one a limited number of NGOs running in thoes countries. The CIA dosent head each one l, but the heads are involved in the CIA.
