Buddy, I'm far from being saved. Isn't blasphemy against the Holy Spirit an unforgivable sin? It doesn't matter what I do now, I'm done for.

I think that's only if you keep doing it or continue to uphold your false charges. That came up because some Pharisees were saying Jesus had an evil spirit, even the king of demons, and thus were slandering the holy spirit.

The third commandment says "Yahoweh will not clear one who uses his name for falsehood". Jews have taken this to mean "will not forgive". But both instances seem to be under the assumption that the guilty party is unremorseful. And if someone would slander you they're basically your sworn enemy.
