I know, it's frustrating. It took hours to get this all done and I'm going back tomorrow for the actual appointment. I hope! The nurse practitioner didn't seem to understand anything I told her. I have an appointment with an ortho specialist when I wanted an appointment for an osteoarthritis specialist all along.

They did an xray, which I told her was pointless because it's a soft tissue injury, but she said they'd want it anyways.
