Without going through that article, because buzzfeed is for faggots, I will guess that its about a knife for cutting poop. For some retarded and completely isolated reason.

So here is what a poop knife, although not actually called a "poop knife", really is. A quick and common way to cause serious harm to a person is to take your weapon, spear, knife, sword and coat it in feces. This has been a historical practice for a very long time. Not so dangerous in the modern age of medicine, but given how bad the medical industry is becoming along with supply lines, something to keep in mind for the modern person.
