I met a young girl (15-ish) when I was (voluntarily: they know me and i know all of them since a decade now) admitted to a psychiatric facility that was raped continuously by her granddad when she was 9. While protecting her 5-year-old sister from suffering the same.

This was only possible because she grew up in a family of hardcore-jehova's-wittnesses. Forcing their mother to keep the lid firmly pushed on this kind of insanity.

She had nine(!) distinct, split personalities I got to know when I spent my usual three-week holiday stint there after a just another meltdown of mine.

If she hadn't suffered this kind of institutionalized terror that early in her life, she possibly could've become a genius in combinatorics and graphs. There were a lot of things she understood very intuitively. That is why we spoke a lot.

Because she was as schizo as a girl her age possibly can be.

So sorry: I just can't believe that pedophilia is treatable by pulling fucking jesus out of your ass.

From firsthand experience.

Better ask your local Catholic priest about it.

But I guess if they want to go live a life of celibacy in some commune somewhere where no children are allowed that's alright. Seems a fair compromise. They can live and find peace with god, and society is safe.
