Sad. Unreal that there are no deadlines for paying damages (or further penalties for not meeting those deadlines). I understand that there's an appeals process but after you've been turned down twice it's time to fucking pay.

You gotta love the college's proposal where the bakery calls them when their students steal instead of the cops... Literal clown world.

Also really surprised this whole debacle flew under Antifa and BLM's radar - we all know how quick (and keen) they are to burn businesses to the ground.

I'm thinking there must be a deadline and penalties for not paying. I think they need to find a good lawyer who will take this very winnable case and do it for a cut of the settlement rather then cash up front. (the case being failure to pay.)

If the school continues to refuse they can place leans and freeze bank accounts for non court compliance. Most likely though the school is trying to find another avenue of appeal.

Wayyyyyyyy back when.......this (oberlin) is where I'd go to get my manic panic hair dye to color my hair blue. purple, red, orange. Yep, I was one of those people (the 90s). It was a different time.

Too expensive and faded too fast. Worst: red became pink. Only coloured a few times. Bleach was enough for me then, for a while. Little did I know I'd have a big white beard now.
