I was just feeling lonely and now I think I've going manic and cursing the goddamned medical industry who can't manage to refill my meds. Why'd we ever expect them to do a good job with covid when refills are their kryptonite. Or god forbid we need anything beyond the supercold.

There's people I can call. People here even, but inflicting myself on a person in the middle of the night... or anytime really. There used to be professionals for this sort of thing....

I'm building myself up to go to urgent care. I'm going to tell them I'm going off grid for a year and need my meds, because that's exactly what's happening. I just don't explain well things sometimes I think.

I handled situations like these with "realizing" that somehow "the self" only has doors opening inwards.

So i seldomly found "solutions" with other people or therapists that work for my "me".

Don't get me wrong: They can tell you a lot of advice and show you a lot of doors, any person can walk through.

But matter of the fact - imho - is:

"Your" ways of tackling these craters are only to find in yourself.

On the other hand i'd guess that there ain't a lot of people "like" me out there.

For most others group therapy e.g. can help a lot more, i remember sensing.
