I would definitely guess D from the headline, but after reading the article and learning that he also claimed the real George Floyd died in Texas three years before the infamous neck-squashing event I'm less sure.

He is not a judge, he claimed to be a judge to try to get out of the arrest. He's just a wackadoo attorney.
