here in the central valley, i see the canals full of water constantly emptying the reservoirs to create the fake drought.

could the drought cause more desalinization plants needed to create more commerce and charge even more for water to residences. after all (((they))) are running out of things to tax the people for. just wait until the tax for air purifiers.

but that would just be a conspiracy!
