What kind of dog was it? That guy sounds like a dick, but to be honest I really don't appreciate people having their dogs off leash in the city. My dog has gotten attacked several times while we were out on a walk. An open area like a park is fine usually, since they don't have the instinct to protect it as their territory.

    in the country, a man can have relations with several of the farm animals at one time and that is okay.

    usually, country folks tend to be more relaxed.
