Is it glowies trying to spam the forum to drown out any legitimate information and discussion, or is it an attempt to be funny and add humor and content to the site? I think users here are smart enough to filter through.

Filtering their shit is a timesuck - because magnora7 let the forum slide and refused to let the community have any say in how it's managed. Self-regulation is critical - otherwise M7 is just another authoritarian on a throne handing down dictates. Ask any community who hates their police and bullshit laws.
