Bro. Time heals all. What you're going through sucks, been there done that.

If it wasn't your fault, fuck it. Take a step back, realize what YOU did to make it this way and fix it going forward.

If it was, do the same with deeper reflection.

Plus, its recent right? Maybe there's a chance to reconcile? Who knows?

Either way, the longer you sit around and leave the road to feeling better unpaved, the longer it takes to pave it and walk it. You pave it, by starting today.

Hang in there brother. In for a penny, in for a pound, if she isn't, so be it. You only have control of yourself.

Thanks man, always enjoy reading your stuff 🙏.

I have a bad knee and I guess arthritis, docs weren't sure those useless fucks. This drought heat wave weather we've been having is actually really good for it. I didn't even know we were gonna have a big storm, but I felt it and I didn't know why and not knowing is worse.

Thank you. And I you.

So you're having life issues and now physical pain to boot? Man, when it rains it pours huh? I've found that to be the case in most of my life experience. Makes you wonder? Sure feels like a series of tests to me. All you can do is try to pass the test I guess.

It's not a new thing. I first went to the doc for my hands, they went first, at 16 and I'm turning 42. Knee didn't screw up till my 30s. Hips ache sometimes now too, that is the worst. There's no comfortable position when your hips hurt, you can't really massage them or use a TENs unit effectively in the area.

It's not all doom and gloom though, the pain has actually been way better in the last year or so-- definitely linked to weather so the hot dry weather is in my favor, but it even sometimes goes into remission even with rainy weather -- and I don't know why. It's maddening because obviously I want to replicate it if I can.

I mean my shits usually a bit janky anyways, I don't like to talk about it because nobody wants to hear me bitch and moan all the time, and thinking about it makes it worse. Forgetting about it is good. Anyways, but these remissions, word seems to fit, the pain isn't just better, it's gone.

And I don't know how to effect that. I thought I had it with diet for a time but the pain came back even when my diet was New & Improved so I suppose that was coincidental although I did start eating a lot more meat on the net diet and probably overdid it at the beginning. A carnivore diet may be just the ticket but I really can't stand to eat nothing but meat. Also it's expensive.

So I was I in pain and I started drinking and that makes the pain worse, but I don't know what else to do, and at some point I believe I hit a manic state. I am a bit of a hypochondriac but I think everyone can see me going insane on the forum -- and I can't stop it. Luckily I tucker myself out.

I think the bad stuff is over now. I feel like I got my ass kicked, literally. These bad "pain events" have a recovery time to them.

I used to take kratom, lots of NSAIDs, and long ago I was even in pain management. I don't take anything now, masking the pain allows me to hurt my body worse, that may be part of the reason the pain is better. I decided to stop trying to treat it and hobble around like an old arthritic man. Knowing my feeble limitations I guess.

Sorry to chew your ear off, writing helps take my mind off things, and discussing this topic -- which really isn't a favorite of mine -- helps me try to figure it out. Or try to, never succeeded. I guess some things just are and the why doesn't really matter if you can't do anything about it anyways.

Except perhaps adequan, poly sulfated glucosamine injection. Works amazing but it's not legal to give to people. There's a conspiracy theory it works too well. Treating forever joint damage is a lot more profitable than fixing it.

I don't know about this particular issue, but it wouldn't surprise me in the least bit. Time and time again it has been proven you're only useful to these people if you're sick. It's maddening to think about. I sincerely feel for you on it. I'm 43, and as I get older and start to rot out from the inside, it's scares me a bit dealing with the medical system, as I am staunchly against how they operate. I beat my body up through sports, drugs, and working out my whole life, and I will fall apart quickly. Can't wait. Sorry you're dealing with pain, for the toughest mother fucker around, it still hurts.

No apology needed. I'll listen. Even just writing it down with no response helps, hahaha.

Hang in there. Better times ahead, to be sure.
