Depends how much older. 18? 100%. 23? Like 80%. Above 30? Like 15%.

But either way - sex of kids should be shamed and penalized and all women or rather girls should be shamed for opening legs that early.

Maybe 50 years ago what you say had some validity, but today this point is no longer valid. The fate of a woman is the same whether she loses her virginity at 15 or 18: She will be a slut. Attempting to delay the age she loses her virginity will do absolutely nothing. The only thing that matters is for a woman to remain a virgin until her wedding day, but in today's world there is a 0% chance of that happening. In any case, age of consent is not the right tool for dealing with this issue.

I mean, I kinda agree with that point, there are no possible ways to hold a woman responsible for her actions and there's no way to control the age when they start.
