Mental health is a problem. 90% of school shooters being on brain-altering drugs is also a problem.

Pharma in general has been corrupt for decades. I took an asthma inhaler that lead me to bruising easily. I also took a psychiatric medication that ruins people's lives. I don't recommend pharmaceutical medications for any disease or condition. Find alternatives, or even home remedies.

Acupuncture took care of my plantar fasciitis in just three sessions. If I had listened to “real“ doctors, they would have made me a fat pill popper.

Yeah I've heard acupuncture is very effective.
