I once made a whole bunch of margaritas with fake sugar.... Xylitol, it tastes identical but not quite as sweet. Explosive diarrhea.

I recommend butter, lard and olive oil.

I mixed olive and avocado oil, smells weird but I guess its healthy, I want to mix red palm oil with coconut oil and try it out in bulletproof coffee

It's ok. So is extra virgin first cold press olive oil. Don't fry with either of them though and keep in mind they can still lead to weight gain. Even peanut oil isn't too terrible in a pinch. Unrefined peanut oil that is.

90% of your oil intake should be from tallow, butter, organic unrefined coconut oil, and ghee.

Lard and chicken fat are fine if the animal is fed naturally and not a lifetime diet of corn.

If you're still a little lost tell me what you're cooking and I'll tell you the oil to use.

Sounds very similar to what escolar does. That fish apparently also tastes very good because of the high percentage of wax esters but those cannot be absorbed either. There's always price to pay for eating these oils and sugar alcohols that taste good but don't make you fat. It still has to go somewhere.

I've done that. Not great with hummus.

Interestingly my fat aunt who eats cake all day didn't have any issues and didn't lose any weight on it. My only assumption is she is so greedy she has learnt how to eat the fat blockers too.
