Did you get any warnings? Our HOA for my wife's condo puts a sticker on the windshield 3 days before towing. I think each state has laws on how towing is handled.

If management makes a rule exception for one person, it can open itself up to lawsuits for those whom it enforced.

No warnings, they used to do the sticker thing, but not this time.
