If this goes badly, the whole decriminalization for harm reduction concept will be harmed. Many will have interests in ensuring this goes wrong. I fear this effort has a big target on it and a weakness to avoid outside efforts to undermine it.

I also hope it goes well. William Burroughs was saying that legalization was the best course way back in the sixties.
