Well it is and it isn't because of demons. Urges don't come because of demons attaching themselves to you, they come from your body which wants you to have babies. However demons designed the body to work that way in the first place. So you can't say it's evil for a person to engage in, but it is evil that demons would subject us to such annoyances. But the person is the victim, not the guilty party.

The church however just wants people to have as many babies as possible by the time they're 20, for no clear reason that I can see. And this type of message is a way to guilt and scare people into doing that.
