    I believe that law enforcement should NOT abuse their power and abuse people based off things they cannot control, but I believe that 17% of the population causing 50%+ of the murders in a society should NOT be a factor in interactions between Police and Groups of people it should solely be focused on their race.

    Resource management idiot. Not taking into consideration those stats means MORE crime. Knowing those statistics you know where to focus resources for better outcomes.
