old.reddit still working for me

the moment they get rid of old.reddit, I'm gone forever. I'm honestly surprised they haven't. That's what sunk digg.com, was forcing a redesign. Reddit was honestly very smart to keep old.reddit

Why didn't they just leave the web based reddit alone and re gear the interface for smartphones? On the plus side the worse reddit gets the more people will come here.

The new interface will also crash the browser

You can always try appending .compact to the URL. (That works on Saidit too, by the way.)

I noticed they changed the block feature so now if a user blocks you, you can't even reply to them in the same thread. That's being used by a lot of trolls. Some douchebag will comment some inflammatory thing at you, then block you, so you can't reply to them.

It's like the admins are purposefully trying to make Reddit as toxic as possible.

Unfortunately, that change effects both the new and old interfaces.
