Yep. I'm against the Russia Ukraine war because innocent people are dying due to their retarded leaders. But it is pretty disturbing to see the whole world rally around this cause, while there are other similar cruelties going on elsewhere in the world

Dose anyone else think that there might be more attention on the Russia/Ukraine war because it could lead to a third world war?

I see something like this making the claim that people only care because it affects the west or because there are white people involved. But to be honest, as shitty as America invading Iraq was, there was never a prospect of nuclear, world encompassing war or even any sort of retaliation at all. ( Unless you count America's and the MSM reputation...)

If things go to shit... or worse mistakes are made, even unintentionally, the situation could escalate in hours with a result of BILLIONS of people being killed...

Point I'm making is this war is far more dangerous then any conflict since 1945...

Right. Because back then:

  1. The US was the world's largest economy and could bully everyone into accepting its illegal wars that killed hundreds of thousands.
  2. A US puppet state in Iraq wasn't a huge national security threat to Russia.

Now, the China is the world's largest economy, which is why US sanctions are hurting the US more than they're Russia. And the country we tried subverting was on Russia's doorstep, where it has deep cultural ties to, whereas we don't.

If things go to shit... or worse mistakes are made, even unintentionally, the situation could escalate in hours with a result of BILLIONS of people being killed...

If Russia installed a puppet state in Canada and then began funneling them a ton of weapons and money, and began to form a military alliance with them, you better believe we'd be invading Canada yesterday to stop that existential threat to our country.

There's only a risk of world war happening if the US wants a world war to happen. I agree that the idiots in DC might just be stupid to start such a conflict, but it would be on them, not Russia.
